This accommodation consists of luxurious and spacious apartments & studios and are situated above and behind the village of Agia Efimia some 250 meters (5 minutes) walk from the seafront. Their slightly elevated position enables lovely views across the valley to the hillside beyond and, to the side, village and sea. The dozen apartments are housed in two buildings and are a mix of 1-bedroom apartments and studios. All are well furnished and possess an open-plan kitchenette with mini-oven and fridge, a multi-channel television, telephone, air-conditioning, luxurious bathroom with hip-bath as well as shower and wc, and a terrace or balcony with panoramic views. Although all units are slightly different in layout, furnishings and décor, they all possess a certain flair and coziness.

Boulevard Aetos Suites

These brand new self-catering apartments and studios are situated on the paralel road behind the seafront of the village of Agia Efimia (Aghia Efimia) some 30 meters (1 minute) walk from the seafront. Their elevated position allows for dramatic views of the surrounding valley towards the villages, the whole village, the bay and beach of Agia Efimia and the sea all the way towards Ithaca and Sami. They are situated on a quite road just behind the seafront road although they are just a few steps from the village centre. They can be accessed by the old village path (staircase) or by road.

Glaros Sea View Apartment

The Glaros Apartment is situated in the center of the natural bay of Agia Efimia, a little village situated on the east-center part of the island Kefalonia (Cephalonia) facing the Ionian Sea. The beach of the natural bay of Agia Efimia is just seven meters from the buiding, just accross the road. Agia Efimia is surrounded by mountains on the south, north and west side which form the Pyllaros Valley, and to the east it faces the Ionian Sea, which has been rewarded repeatedly for having one of the clearest and cleanest waters in the Mediterranean Sea.

These 2007 built detached maisonette villas are situated approximately 150 meters from the seafront. All consist of a living room with open kitchen and dining room area downstairs with a toilet and shower. Upstairs there is a spacious bedroom and a spacious bathroom with a full size bath. All villas are air-conditioned and they all have been furnished with quality furniture and each villas has its own garage. All villas enjoy lovely panoramic views over the Pyllaros Valley to the front and right and to the left the village of Agia Efimia and the Ionian Sea.

Anemo Studios, Apartments & Maisonettes
in Makriotika

This accommodation complex named after the winds in Greek consists of one building with four attached maisonette villas as can be seen to the right here with two studios on the ground floor. The building just above the main road houses two spacious apartments. The complex is situated in Makriotika, a village 3 kilometers from Agia Efimia (5 minutes by car). In front of the maisonettes there is a large garden which can be used for sunbathing with a jacuzzi (4 separate ones in a circle). In addition to these 2 buildings there is an additional stone building which consists of a very spacious BBQ room which can be used by our guests in the evening and/or daytime.

Dina's Studios in Assos Village

We offer our guests also the possibility to stay in the beautiful village of Assos, which is situated just north of the famous Myrtos Beach in Kefalonia. There are two studios which are ideal for couples, but there is sufficient space for an additional bed if required. These two ground floor studios are situated on a very quite elevated road just behind the sea front. One of the studios has a lovely view over the bay from the bedroom window. Each studio consists of a spacious bedroom, a separate bathroom, a small kitchen, air-conditioning and a veranda with table and chairs.

Karavomilos Villa Resort

We offer our guests these brand new Villas at the Karavomilos Villa Resort. This is a small complex of luxurious, newly built and furnished, totally independent two story maisonettes. The Villas are located beside the sea at Karavomilos just 30 meters from the beach in the district of Sami on the island of Kefalonia. There are 4 separate villas which consist of a spacious living room, a spacious dining area with a fully equipped open kitchen and either 2 or 3 bedrooms, each with their own private swimming pool.
